1. What devices is POPs App now available?
- - POPS app is available on all channels from Website, Smart TV and Mobile Application. Website is adaptive on all device types – from PC, Laptop, iPad/ Tablet to mobile phones.

2. How to download POPs App?
- - Option 1:

3. How to sign up an account on POPs app?
- Notice: If you sign in by Facebook or Google, you will be guided base on Facebook and Google steps. You do not need to follow up our Sign Up step like providing name, email address and password
- To sign up an account by email, please do follow this instruction:
- On website:
- - Step 1: Access the website: https://pops.vn/ -> Hover the avatar at the top right corner -> Select Sign in/Sign up
- - Step 2: Enter your email address
- - Step 3: Please continue filling full name and set a password. Then, tap on Register New Account
- - Step 4: Input activation code which is sent to your registered email -> Sign Up success
- In App:
- - Step 1: Open POPs App -> Account -> Sign In now -> Sign Up
- - Step 2: Fill in personal information: full name, email address and set a password -> Tap on Register New Account
- - Step 3: Input activation code which is sent to your registered email -> Sign Up success
4. How many options to sign in on POPs App?
- There are 4 options to sign in POPs’ account:
- - By Facebook Account
- - By Google Account
- - By Apple ID (applicable for iPh one)
- - By filling email address and password (apply for registered account successfully)
5. How can I do if I forgot password?
- - Step 1: Open POPs App/Website -> Account -> Sign In -> Forgot password
- - Step 2: Input your email
- - Step 3:
- . Input Reset Code which is sent to your registered email
- . Enter new password
- Then you reset a new password successfully^^
6. What is Parental Control and How to set up it?
- Parental Control is the feature that allow parent to prevent the access of their children to the Adult Profile where there might be some inappropriate contents. Besides, this feature is enabling parent to scheduler the time of using the POPS app for their kids. Please be noticed that, 2 functions Timer and Scheduler are available only to Kids Profile.
- Parental Control is only applying for POPs App on smartphone, please do following below instructions to set up it:
- - Step 1: Open POPs App -> Account ->Parental Control
- - Step 2: Set passcode for the adult profile and keep the kids profile safe. You can also set watching time or watching schedule for your kids here.
- After setting up successfully, you can check again by switching to another profile. You will be required to enter passcode.
7. What can I do if forgot Parental Passcode?
- - Step 1: Click on "Forgot Passcode"
- - Step 2: Enter your registered email -> Tap on Send
- - Step 3: Get your passcode in the Mailbox
8. How to manage profile on POPs App?
- Basically, there are two default profiles on POPs App: Adult (above 18 ages) and Kids (from 7 to 12 ages) but you can edit or add more profile.
- On website:
- - Step 1: Access the website: https://pops.vn/ -> Choose the icon at the top right corner -> Manage profile
- - Step 2: Tap on Manage Profile button
- . To edit the current profile, please click on each avatar profile to change avatar , profile name and age, then Save. Or you can delete this profile here.
- . To create a new profile, please click on plus sign (+) and then entering the profile’s name, selecting age and avatar, then Save it. POPs only show videos that are suitable for each age selected.
- In App:
- - Step 1: Open POPs App -> Account -> Switch Profile
- - Step 2: Select Edit at the right corner.

9. How to add my favorite video to My List?
- You open the video and click on the plus button [+] under the video to add To My List. Your favorite video has been saved in My List already.
10. How to see my favorite videos in My List?
- On website:
- Access the website: https://pops.vn/ -> Select More on the top bar -> My list
- In App:
- - Option 1: Accessing POPs App -> Account -> My List
- - Option 2: Accessing POPs App -> More – My List
11. How to delete video from My list?
- On website: Access POPs website -> More -> My list -> select the video that you want to remove from My list -> Unstick Saved button in the video
- In App:
- - Option 1: Open POPs App -> (More) -> My list -> select the video that you want to remove from My list -> Unstick Saved button in the video
- - Option 2: Open POPs App -> (More) -> My list -> Tap on Edit at the right corner -> Select the videos that you want to remove from My list -> Unstick Saved button in the video
12. What can I do with POPs star on App?
- POPs stars are currently used for unlocking premium chapters in POPs Comic
13. What is Ads removing feature?
- Ads removing feature will help users to avoid being bothered by advertisements while they are watching
